EMC projects are spearheaded by Mr. Scott A. Kusy, whose experience and track record includes the following:

Leadership responsibilities and operational over site have included multi project, geographic locations encompassing over 7,500 acres, 10,000 single family and 5,700 multi-family lots and homes and 3,250,000 sq. ft. of retail, commercial and 2200 hotel and resort rooms in Arizona, Colorado, North Dakota and Canada. Scott has also directed feasibility and market analysis in acquisitions and development of projects in California, North Dakota and Mexico.
Mr. Kusy’s diverse expertise has included leading and negotiating successful land owner partnership structures, acquisitions, entitlements, public hearings, investor presentations and meetings with city councils and design review boards as well as sensitive communications with home owner associations and concerned citizens groups across multiple markets and political settings.

Currently Mr.Kusy is sourcing and managing multiple projects in North Dakota, from a entitlement coordination, architecture product development, budgeting and financial packages for a 535 acre mixed use commercial, residential and industrial development in Williston, a 700 home ,138 acre master planned community in Watford City.

He has Broad based business operations and development expertise as a home building executive and as a private developer in spearheading, leading and directing a variety of large master planned, mixed use, residential, multifamily, office and hotel real estate projects from project inception and partnership structuring through strategic positioning, creative conceptual planning, financing, entitlement, zoning, civil and architectural design, construction, marketing, public relations, sales and leasing.

In total Mr.Kusy has contributed to creating added value in 25 market driven projects, generating over $100M in profits in specific areas of P&L responsibility on revenues exceeding $275M. Together with a talented group of partners, team members and consultants, Scott simultaneously created additional added value far exceeding these capital outlays and profits, as over the course of build outs the project generated over $2.29B in estimated sales revenues.
