Anticipated cash flow: Above 12% p.a. unleveraged

Process

 

  • EMC will Source for best location for Design and Build Projects.

  • EMC will Manage development and Operate completed properties.

  • EMC will generate regular Progress Reports to JV Partner.

NOTE:

 

As with the Hotel and Residential developments, the land for the projects will only be acquired after detailed discussion with the incumbent partner. No projects will start until consensus from all partners involved are obtained.
